The Armenian American Sports Medicine Coalition (AASMC) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, bringing together American and Armenian sports medicine professionals to advance clinical and educational capabilities in Armenia and Armenian-American communities. The AASMC seeks to share the most advanced and relevant educational information related to sports medicine research, patient care, strength training and conditioning, and injury prevention.

Since its founding, the AASMC also provides educational services to rehabilitation professionals serving Armenia’s wounded soldiers, pediatric, and special needs populations.  The AASMC is proud to partner with various organizations in Armenia and provide quality patient care and clinical education.

The AASMC strives to serve the Armenian-American youth and athletic communities by working with various organizations to implement educational programs and advocate for the provision of necessary medical coverage for schools and athletic events.

Founded in 2017 by a Certified Athletic Trainer, the AASMC firmly believes in the idea of the “sports medicine team,” creating an alliance of medical doctors, athletic trainers, physical therapists, chiropractors, strength and conditioning coaches, and other professionals to promote a multidisciplinary approach to treatment and preventative care.
